We were delighted to receive news that three of our pupils were prizewinners for their beautifully crafted and thought-provoking poems appreciating our world (its oceans, planet, nature and wildlife). These they wrote as Year 2 pupils for the 2025 Children’s Sustainability Awards (partnered by Marwell Zoo and Barratt Redrow Homes).
Each pupil won a gorgeous wooden giraffe award and two themed story books. The group were also awarded with a voucher to be used by the school for sustainability resources.
