We are delighted to share some truly exceptional news and to celebrate a remarkable achievement for the whole Edgeborough community. Following a rigorous and comprehensive audit process, Edgeborough has been awarded Learning Skills Trust (LST) Flagship School Status.
This prestigious distinction marks an extraordinary milestone: Edgeborough is not only the first school in the United Kingdom, but also the first and only school in Europe to receive this accolade.
This award celebrates Edgeborough’s exemplary practice under the PSB Framework, recognising:

- A significant contribution as a leading example of best practice across the Trust
Central to the PSB approach is the development of key core skills, including collaboration, independence, leadership, reflection and problem solving. These skills underpin teaching and learning at Edgeborough and are embedded throughout the curriculum and wider school experience.
The recognition reflects the passion, dedication and hard work of our pupils, staff and wider school community in embracing and embedding the Learning Skills Trust framework in every aspect of school life.
To be selected as the very first Flagship School sets an outstanding benchmark and stands as a testament to Edgeborough’s culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
