Year 2 visited a wonderful concert at Charterhouse this morning — a joyful celebration of music where a live orchestra brought instruments to life through story, song, and stunning instrumentals.
The experience was interactive, with pupils even getting the chance to try out instruments such as the trombone and xylophone! They learnt about the different sections of the orchestra, how each sound blends together, and enjoyed the much-loved tale “How the Whale Got His Throat.” Our pupils were absolutely captivated from start to finish.
