What a wonderful day at Edgeborough as our Year 3 pupils welcomed their special guests for our annual Grandparents and Friends Afternoon. Each child invited a couple of their favourite VIPs to join them for a personal tour of the school, share their work, meet their teachers, and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea.
A highlight of the afternoon was a beautiful song performed by Year 3 especially for their guests — a moment filled with pride, smiles and a few happy tears. Please enjoy hearing them sing; it truly captured the spirit of the day.
This event is always a favourite in the Edgeborough calendar, bringing together joy, connection and celebration. Thank you to all our VIPs for visiting us, and to our brilliant Year 3 children for being such thoughtful and enthusiastic hosts.
